Ingredients

  • 6 cups Ori Sorgho Market’s Pearled Sorghum Grain
    1 cup Broccoli, chopped
    ½ cup Carrots, shredded
    1 small can Sliced Olives
    1 Cucumber, chopped
    ½ cup Celery, chopped
    ½ medium Red Onion, sliced
    1 cup Grape Tomatoes, sliced
  • Dressing

    ½ cup Vinegar
    ½ cup Olive Oil
    1 tbsp Water
    2 tsp Garlic Powder
    2 tsp Onion Powder
    2 tsp Sugar
    2 tsp Oregano
    ¼ tsp Pepper
    ¼ tsp Thyme
    ¼ tsp dried Basil
    2 tsp dried Parsley
    ½ tbsp Salt

Instructions

  1. In a mason jar or small sealable container combine all the ingredients for the dressing. Place in the refrigerator to chill. In a large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients for the salad. Top with the desired amount of dressing and mix well. Chill and serve.
