  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl, cut together with a pastry cutter, Ori Sorgho Market’s Gluten Free All-Purpose Flour, palm shortening, and powdered sugar. Press into 8X8 baking dish and bake for 15 minutes. While the crust is baking, in a medium bowl mix together the next four ingredients. Pour over baked crust and bake an additional 20 to 25 minutes. When done the edges will be golden brown and the filling will be firm. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar, cut, and serve.
