Ingredients

  • 4½ cups Ori Sorgho Market’s Gluten Free All-Purpose Flour
    1 tbsp Baking Powder
    ¼ cup Sugar
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1 Egg (lightly beaten)
    2 cups Coconut Milk plus 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325ºF. Grease a loaf pan. In a large bowl, combine Ori Sorgho Market’s Gluten Free All-Purpose Flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and baking soda; whisk until well combined, set aside. In a small bowl, combine coconut milk and lemon juice; let stand 5 to 10 minutes. Add egg to milk mixture. Add the milk mixture to the flour. Combined until just moistened. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 65 to 70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the bread comes out clean. Let cool for 15 minutes. Remove from pan and place on a wire rack to cool.
