Ingredients

  • 7 cups Ori Sorgho Market’s Pearled Sorghum Grain
    ½ cup Red onion, diced
    1 cup Broccoli
    1 cup Cucumber, diced
    ½ cup Red Pepper, diced
  • Dressing

    ½ cup Soy Free Mayonnaise
    2 tsps Red Wine Vinegar
    1 tbsp Pickle Relish
    ½ tsp Salt
    ½ tsp Pepper
    ½ tsp Sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl mix together Ori Sorgho Market’s Pearled Sorghum Grain, red onion, broccoli, cucumber, and red pepper; set aside. Whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, pickle relish, salt, pepper, and sugar in a small bowl. Pour the dressing over the Pearled Sorghum Grain mixture and stir until well combined. Refrigerate and serve cold.
